How does he zoom in and move around the screen like that? I know you can zoom in by holding CTRL and scrolling. but when he moves the cursor, the whole screen moves. How do you do it?

Go into settings, keyboard & mouse, click on options down the bottom and change it to Continuously with Pointer.

No, this doesnt work in Windows. It's only for Mac. I had a quick look around but didn't find anything for Windows XP. I'm not sure if Vista has it (thought i'm pretty sure it doesnt) but don't know about Windows 7. Hope you find something useful.
