How did Hitler consolidate his rule?

Adolf Hitler in 1930 lectured an American journalist from Scribner's Magazine that 99% of the USA banks were owned and operated by the jews. The real figure though was around 92%. After the election of Hitler in 1933 the American magazine Saturday Evening Post published an article which accused the Germans of having "infantile minds" because they could not accept the reality of their role of servants to worldwide jewish supremacism as the result of WWI. Hitler would be no slave to the jews.
