I believe they do. I've seen a few episodes where doors to both Jacques' and Gingers 'apartments' are shown inside BJ's house; I've seen Jacques enter BJ's place through a trapdoor in the floor of one of the Roadhouses rooms, and Ginger enter from a door in the ceiling of another room.

Though, I have seen them enter and exit their own homes via regular doors; I think you can see them in the episode 'The really Odd Couple',

But I think it's more that their homes are just connected to his.

A lot of this is really true because the dorr to the spirit world is always there for us to go through and too communicate if we are just opened minded about it. I for one am and as for the two other ghosts Adam and Barbara i really hated them in the first place Beetlejuice and Lydia are the best i really wish that i had friends like hers.

the show is actually only loosely based on the movie, Tim Burton created it cause even though the movie was called Beetlejuice, he was barely onscreen, so he made the show that centered more on him and Lydia. It doesn't use Adam and Barbara (the dead couple) but it uses the other human main characters. In the show Beetlejuice and Lydia are best friends, i dont think the show ever really says how they met though

Plus, a deal is a deal, even with a dirty dealer, never mind that Lydia never removed the wedding ring and that the priest actually concluded the ceremony, just as the sandworm came in to devour Beetlejuice. Luckily for him, he was merely sent back to the Waiting Room to await judgement, but because he is now forever bound to Lydia, they're stuck together forever.
