yeah go to metro pcs and say that you found it since its prob stolen lol and say u want to activate it they give you a diffrent sim card and copy some number phone cell companys use and then voala thing is you have to do the whole 40 bucks a month thing. so thats the only way. unless you know some poeple that can take you off the black listed numbers and stuff then you have no chance makeing it pre paid again for it being either stolen thats why its locked
you can remove it with out useing computer but u need to mess with this one setting and u need lots of passwords to get into hidden stuff in your phone all of it is online but dosent specify that its for shutter sound. eventualy il make another one not now i have finals and etc.
