  • Pretty simple if you have the ingredients. No real technical mastery involved here. This is coming from a 2nd month culinary student.

  • Amazing how "presentation' can add a couple hundred bucks to a dish.

  • @5FnX17 i think the black truffle added the 200 bucks

  • @5FnX17 i think the black truffle added the 200 bucks

  • if there is one thing that pisses me off about the culinary world, its the small fucking portions they make when preparing a dish.

  • @RomaZeal Ya try eating 12 of those dishes.... It's called a tasting menu.

  • wtf? I wanted to learn how to cook my clothes :(

  • Awesome!

  • @Seanc0272 Red Letter Media does use this. What's the name of this tune?

  • This music just reminds me of RedLetterMedia.

  • Enough already playing with your food like some sort of queerbait. Get a fish, fry it and for gods sake eat it like a man....!

  • Eating salmon Wellington while watching this... tis a good day!

  • I like the 'chop' presentation. Great job!

  • a bit heavy with the truffle at the end there... im sure it tastes good tho

  • beautiful, which camera are you using?

  • Fantastic!!

  • personally, I hate gordon ramsay. I find his temper funny. But the only one of the chef I really respect is Heston Blumenthal. both cooked for Pierre Marco White, but Heston is a cook and by interim a scientist. And thats why I dont think Michelin Stars mean the same all around the world and doesnt seems to perfectly fit anyone. this receipe is very simple if you ask me.

  • @biomecaNICK is your opinion Ramsay is great, is very hard work with him but is really good....

  • @Zephilindrum. concept ?? since when pan seared,overcooked Salmon is a concept,

Come to Celler de can roca in spain and ill show you how to cook buddy

  • @nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk1 you work in Celler Can Roca??

  • @10cookman yes sir

  • @nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk1 i had a chef in Portugal that do an internship here last year..... i'm not sure....

  • @10cookman not sure about what? by here you mean in portugal o can roca?

  • @nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk1 Excuse my English, I practice a lot but do not write every day .... I had a Chef in Portugal staged in Celler Can Roca ....

  • @10cookman doesnt mean that because he did an intership in can roca!! hes the next ferran adria!! i know a lot of people that have been doing stages all over spain and still no results.. also a lot of people after doing stage get head chef jobs and dont have what it takes

  • @nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk1 is not it ... only comment was that I worked with a Portuguese chef who already has around 20-year career that made the stage in a short time ..... Can Rocca although not sure if it was in the Arzak Can Rocca .... it is an excellent chef but not the next Adria, although I'm not a fan of Adria ....

  • thats a quick $200

  • this is bullshit cooking!! easy as a joke. i understand now that 3 michelin stars in US are sooo much different from 3 michelin stars in europe

  • @nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk1 I can't help but laugh at this comment. Michelin inspectors are more concerned about taste and concept rather than the difficulty to prepare a dish.

  • @nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk1 michelin stars in europe and US are both a joke it seems like every restaurant makes the same shit with the same technique like this all the time

  • this is awsome, one dish, I'd love too cook up.

  • Great video..this is one dish from the French Laundry Cookbook I've been meaning to do..wish it was a bit slower though..excellent knife skills btw..keep it up!

  • i go into a daze watching your videos. love.

  • nice one, me and a friend did something similiar for my mother on her birthday. Salmon with fried polenta sticks (we cut them in fine rectangles and fried them) and my friend did some sort of butter sauce. Im not sure maybe beurre blanc?

  • nice clean work.

  • Keep up the great work, I first saw your Coffee and Donuts video and since then im an eager viewer. Dont stop, too many good recipes and I own the book as well, and one thing is reading and another is seeing. Fantastic work

  • gosh, he was brilliant for coming up with these dishes, but when u make them its so easy!

Amazing job man, ur vids are my new top food porn!

  • Can't separate that song from FoodWishes. Especially in a food video context.

  • @CrashGames2108 except this guy is light years ahead of the food wishes "chef"

  • @CrashGames2108 Foodwishes don't make close to this good food.

  • @simontja Not truth. This dish is worth only the truffle.

  • @darioteich Foodwishes is very simple preparation, and very simple dishes with low quality products.
