Excellent ! Bob a l'air tellement plus sympa que le sac de frappe pour travailler ! Dans mon club, on a aussi un sac autoportant, mais ça reste moins pratique : on n'a pas les épaules. Ça donne envie de tanner le président pour qu'il nous accorde un Bob !

Great training. But why do you wear a half dobok (just pants) ? It is a traditional wear you can't wear half ! Your master didn't teach you that ? TKD is a martial art, there is codes to respect. Anyway, keep pratising you are fast and effective. ;-)

@ecarlates écoute, on est en 2011 ce n'est pas un entrainement "officiel" mais plutot une rencontre entre amis ou chacun peu s'amuser et s'exprimer c'est tout, rien à voir avce le respect de l'art martial, passe nous voir à antony et tu verra que le respect est la 2ere valeur qu'on y inculque....

@R501426 eum ur right about that but i train taekwondo now for 8 years and in the national team most people only wear taekwondo pants..... and i went to germany, belgium for competionens and even a trainings camp at germany NO ONE was wearing an dubok, only pants...... just saying peace

@R501426 I have been in Korea training sparing with Chosun University, we always used half Dobok. We only used full Dobok during tournament or ceremony. Demonstration team always use Dobok. :-)

bonjour!!! un bob se trouve un peu partout , c'est vrai que les prix sur internet sont plus attractifs en général mais ca se trouve aussi en france, les bons clubs de boxe en ont tous...

il en existe 2 sortes : BOB et BIG BOB, BIG BOB a un short et est donc un peu plus grand (au niveau surface de frappe, ce qui correspond plus au taekwondo etc...) les prix vont entre 350 et 500 euros environ... ;)
