@ annnanas1991 I went to see the boys play at London's O2 Arena in November 2008, which was a real thrill, and as an amateur musician, I'm always looking for new ways of improving my performance. As a partially sighted guitarist/singer/songwriter, who struggles reading lyrics, I've adopted using technology like the prompt, as a result of that concert. If it works for Queen, it's works for me......
Of cause it´s not the same group as it was with Freddie, it could not be but still it´s Queen for me. And by the way, I think Brian and Rog doing great reising many for AIDS on a global level an not only focus on people in the western world.
its not the group i loved nomore without freddie .kind of depressing know, wen u think nelson and winnie mandella own a house were roger lives.all 4 charitie.
oh man, poor roger. you can see that roger`s health isn't the best at that concert. you can see in his face, that he's tired and a little weak. anyway the greatest voice i ever heard...=)
UN shouldn't tell any band not 2 play! Music is not political! UN always been long arm of US, which @ the time during Reagan supported white racists in S. Afr! So by censoring music, how's world ever gonna know of S. Africa & Mandela injustice! Music is universal! Music community *young people* forced release of Mandela! Freddie was African from small island Zanzibar & U say Queen is 4 apartheid! Get Ur facts straight! Mandela also had son die of Aids. Queen very active in charities esp 46664!

"Back in 85 I can recall turning TV off in disgust. There were Freddie, Brian May, Roger & The Other One shaking their stuff in front of that map-meets-guitar logo & serving notice of their concern for the plight of the 3rd world, but less than 12 mnths before they had committed the earth-shaking sin of breaking the U.N. cultural boycott & playing gigs in apartheid South Africa. These days, U don't hear much about this tawdry episode of their progress, so by way of a reminder.." Just google..
Mandela 46664 concert is today! Lucky you who live in UK & can watch it real time-we in US have to wait till Monday when VH1 show it on tv! Long live Mandela, Queen and Simple Minds!!
I miss Freddie, but this SHOW MUST GO ON. Best Wishes to the reamaining members & hope they keep doing what they have ALWAYS DONE BEST....play good Music, that's inspires memories & feelings for all of us. Cheers from The Trashman.
Roger is just as SEXY as he ever was if not more so because he has grown up a bit. I would not hesitate to be his wife for one second and I am 20 years younger & quite beautiful. He is still vey HOTT to me!!! He is very good at what he does & I am very good at what I do ;) We would be great together!!!!
Roger looks a little bit ill ...

Try telling that to the Musicians Union in 1985, when Queen played in South Africa!!
Typically, Freddie said "It's Only music, for f&*ks sake!"

You know, at parts the melody just sounds like a slowed down version of "I'm in Love with My Car". Still, good song.
