I dont know if you realise but it doesnt work like that. You go to a wrestling school to get propper training. Afterwards you get your name out there and get bookings on wrestling companies and shows. If a booker wants you to fight them you do. Its not "oh i challenge this guy over the web" wrestling is scripted man, and hate to break it to ya, but no one wrestles for free

Amen man. But some places don't pay. I've been wrestling about a year now and not $1 has been given to me. But that's about to change.

wrestling is a business, everyone pays, if you havent got a dime, then, well im not gonna be the one saying youre a liar, or the one saying you dont know a difference from indy wrestling and backyard,but it happens to be the case. If you were a wrestler, you wouldnt be challenging someone on youtube

I use to backyard wrestle, but I don't anymore. I work indy with UCW in Kentucky. But yea they haven't paid me a dime and it's stupid. But that's going to change for me soon. And I'm not the other guy that was challenging people on youtube. That was rickstacihailey.

cant believe that, expecially when i know some people there and they all get paid... I cant believe in your word, because were talking 25 bucks per match at most. Thats what "the locals" get paid.

Not lying man. The only time I've ever gotten money was when I took BJ James to the airport in Louisville. I was given like $20 for gas I think. But other than that I haven't been paid. Not everyone gets paid there. Believe me. Only certain ones. And u either been lied to by our sources or they fall within those few

how would i be lied if im in the business? you wrestle you get paid, if you dont youre either a backyarder, or youre being lied, or are lying. If youre being lied upon, then change the place you work. Locals get 20 per match. Half famous midcarders from the indys get 300-600 bucks, while ex wwe guys and tna guys, or wcw ecw etc etc, get hotel + flight + beyond 1500 bucks

@ravelicon Actually I have heard of guy's not getting paid after working a match. I myself, well It's not really free. I exchanged wrestling for my training with Mr.Tony Atlas here in Maine. I wrestled 12 shows before ever getting a dime from him. Though I was being trained. So unless that is what Shark is talking about than yeah im with the rest...you lying or flying bro..which one

@Fuckmyfatassoneeye if youre a student from that promotions academy you dont get paid. If youre a local wrestler, you get an average of 20 bucks. If the brits in indy promotions get a sealed envelope with 20 bucks. Hell even here in portugal you get 100 per match in wsw. You only dont get paid in wp, wich doesnt bring foreigners, only portuguese guys but they work solely with students.
