the americans invaded iraq on false premises that had no basis in any sort of reliable facts and they know that, i dont know why Great Brittian had to follow suit with the yanks over their blunders. @mastercon310 that is an incorrect assesment great britian did not join the iraq war shambles becuase the parliment was afraid of the american government over some statement gerge w bush uttered its becuase of an obligation that goes back to world war 2 america did not fight against the nazi attack in the U.K. for free we were left with a huge finacial and political debt to pay so britian has no choice but to follow suit on anything america does unfortunately :(

@doctorw2 then still my statement is correct to some extent, the UK had to fight to help pay back that debt and if they didnt fight they feared what america would/could do to them...politically and financial speaking,...o and to clarify i was using that quote to show how the US government was thinking, "your either with us, or against us"...not to say this is what made people what made country's join the war, there are underlying factors like debt you brought up.

Neil Young is great. This is a great song with a great message. To think Bush thought he could "bring democracy" to an Islamic country. Not in a million years. Their religion is not compatable with democracy or other western, modern values. This is not to look down on them---it is simply a statement of fact.
