The Canon HF20 is totally Mac-friendly! Plug it in the USB2 and it mounts as drives both the internal flash memory and the SD card if one is in the camera. I use 'log and transfer' to get the files into Final Cut Pro for editing. One disadvantage of this camera is that its not so good in low light situations. Look at my Hello World video for the camera to see what I mean.
