  • You SO Rees !!!!!

  • How old are you ? and you playing is amazing..Keep up the excellent work.

  • Do you have an organ teacher, and how long have you played for / studied? Anyway that was nice.

For fugues, come up with some cool articulation for the subject (i.e. slurs and staccatos)... and whenever a voice sings it, always use that same articulation. I think it helps bring it out nicely! Be creative with this stuff and always think of the listener!! :)

  • I really like your playing. I only wish we could see your feet as well as your hands as you play. Do you have a blog or a facebook page. I would really like to be able to read your ideas.

  • very well done....Thanks

  • Good phrasing. and 2 and 3 are a group, followed by and 4 as another group, and you do this well. Next learn the G major one (or if you know it, record it.) Latest research is that Bach actually did write these and that he wrote them for the pedal clavichord for home performance. That implies a fairly light registration. On the F major, try using a reed on the left hand and principals 8 and 4 in the right hand.

  • Wtf? What a coicendence, I am also working on this piece. 8 little fugues for bach, no. VI G minor

  • Very good. Those preludes and fugues make great preludes and postludes for the rest of your life. Was there a mosquito attacking you at the beginning?

  • No, it was a gnat.

  • Nice pace and phrasing. I enjoy playing this piece. My favorite is the last of the 8 Little Preludes and Fugues - the Bb. Fun pedal solos. I'd enjoy seeing someone of your talent play that piece.

  • You get 5 stars because you play this wayyyy better than I do; I have had 40 years to practice it.

  • I'm going to give you 5 Stars Rees!!

  • Wonderfully played Rees! Just about a perfect interpretation!

It's BWV 558 by the way.

  • Did you notice that middle D squeaks? It can get pretty annoying!

  • Wow! WELL DONE! :D

Sure, go ahead and re-record it. Leave both up, and let the viewers decide. Like a contest! :D

    ~Cindy! :)

    ..

  • To be honest you did this better than some I've heard and no you don't need to re-record it. Your like I am-your own worst critic. I've given your 4****stars for a good job.
