the droprate might have been different back in sco, but I'm pretty sure it's a boss only drop. i got 1 from gryph. but that happened in AR i didn't have anything good in sco :V

i think what you got is a lion sniper. lvl 44 weapon. which is not a uniq.

ls2 is 60 ls3 is 65. so you can't really get em from a 4x mob...

LOL I see myself eating trails of lightning!

I have to admit that is funny to use LSII, I got them at the very begining of the server and I trailed them with lightning too. LSII are awesome if you're attack build at the start of the server, but in the other hand as soon as someone else has it, you're the first one to taste them, lol.
