At the 7:20 is where I always get goose bumps. This games has one of the most satisfying endings I've ever seen in a video game. FFIX: Still my favorite.

All the real FF fans know that FF7 is a bit overrated and FF9 is underrated. Love both games but FF9 takes the cake. It did something for me that FF7 couldnt. Words cannot describe how I felt when the credits rolled and Melodies of Life (their sooong *sob*) got put into words. Amazing. The game didnt need voice acting to show the characters emotions. Nobuo wrote an epic soundtrack. I love everything about this game.

This was the absolutely best FF ever. Ever ever ever. Such great development of the characters; you got to know each one so well. And this scene, when Zidane's suddenly alive, was such an emotional surprise. Then when words get put to that theme we learned so well throughout the story...simply wow. I still remember staring, bleary-eyed, at these credits, listening to the music, as I rewound the story in my mind. Beautiful. One of the few games that moved me to tears.

Her real name is actually Garnet, which I believe is a type of jewel or something. She just called herself Dagger to hide her real name.

My gosh... I played this game ages ago and this ending still makes me want to break down and cry for the joy of seeing Zidane again after we all thought he was dead. This was the most magnificent, underrated, positively phenomenal video game ever, and the ending was absolutely breathtaking and so very emotional. I do recall sobbing at seeing Zidane and Dagger together at last :)

That's his kids. I'm sure of it. The letter that appears at the top of the screen is Vivi's goodbye to Zidane.

They don't have long life spans. If anyone else has an opinion on if Vivi is dead let me know.

I didnt like 8, the draw system sucked and the story wasnt that great, the only thing 8 had going for it was that it was REALLY pretty. 9 doesnt get the reconistion it deserves, it was just like FF 1-6 only better. ^^

In the Black-Mages village there are adult black mages, that are not dead yet, and Vivi is only a kid, so he have to grow up to an adult and than die, not die as a kid, even if They [black mages] don't have long life spans...

So I think that in the ending there are him & his kids :D
