Good discourse on slow practice. My daughter is a professional musician (violin) and she stresses slow pratice like this: The good player will slow practice until they get it right. The great player will slow practice until they can't get it wrong.

This really is a great video. You teach drumming so damn good, man.

I've been subscribed to you for a few years now and I've never asked a question, but I have one now. Whenever I try to do the Bonham Triplets, once I get going fast my pedal foot just sorta stops and can't keep up. Thusly making them doubles instead of triplets.

What advice can you give me on keeping my foot going once one I get into the "Roar of Toms" speed?

some pedals are clearly terrible and some are clearly well made. its mostly just feel though, try every pedal you possible can and develop ur own concept of the "perfect" pedal.

randy are those foam ear plugs that your fighting with?you probably know that they make those same foam plugs with a thin plastic head band.and congrats on using ear plugs man.
