What a great song, his best. Sounds like the thoughts of a man who has lived a full life yet has some regrets. "My empire of dirt" says a lot about what is really important in life.

he was an amazing man. i love this song. most of the time i like the original to the remake, but he does this song brilliantly and i believe better than nine inch nails.

This song is so heartfelt with so much meaning. The words ring true, it makes me stop and think of what i've got and i feel selfish. I love this song so much n it makes me cry so much :( oxo
