Furthermore, palestinian terrorist organisations make attacks on civilian targets all the time, Israel only retaliates military targets - but since those cowardly hesbollah's and other use civilian buildings and people as shields, collateral damage (civilian casualties and damage to "civilian" buildings) are unavoidable
