People (at least around here) are always so hung up on what people do sexually, as if it is some representation of good or bad character... Well, I argue that generally it is not. @tat2villain Going to off topic with you. :) You're implying that I'm only directing my whore comment towards females. Society deems it ok/cool for males to sleep around but not for females. She would be considered a whore or slut. Sometimes just dressing "too sexy" would get you that title as a female, which sucks lol but it's reality. I'm not quick to call people whores(I don't bother with judging people's lives) but it was the first word that came to mind for what I was trying to describe..

@SuicidalBrandon Modern Emo is like Jawbreaker + Smashing Pumpkins and I am NOT dissing EMO. The point I was making is in some later interviews Ian Mckaye basically said, what he did with hardcore punk/straightedge was all for nothing. It really matters none, what Emo was like back in those days.. Point is even the hero of the movement hasn't been impressed for a long time. This is the reason he started something else. Most emo sucks but they don't shove their beliefs down anyone's throats.

You're right that emo didn't rott from straight edge music but I'm saying that Ian McKaye had a big hand in emo. This after he basically left the "Hardcore" scene. The irony in all of this is I'm very left-wing and have plenty in common with the straight-edgers. However, I think it's silly to define yourself but what youy DON'T DO. Plus, I like drugs.
