those banks are fun as shit but dirty from grime and new york living. great spot to skate and film at! i got footage of it on my may june 2008 vid. check it
It's funny that you mention the grime. One of the things I remember most about skating there was never being able to get rid of the grime under my finger nails.
heheheh. I went there today cuz of Go Skate Day and the whole place was covered with broken boards, paper, and dry bird poop. In fact, we saw a dead bird near the kicker ramp just lying there and a dude ran over it by accident! gross.

they exist, but there's benches at the bottom of them. bmx riders hit them sometimes, but skaters cant get over the grass they planted on the bottom
