Gamecube or the original square NES controller.

Gamecube is very comfortable in my hand, and the set up works very well because I have tiny hands, but I'm just so used to the rectangle with four buttons and a joy pad.

I have the rectangle for computers.

I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but my favorite controller's the Guitar Hero Les Paul Guitar. It flows perfectly, I'm a beast with it, and I love how accurate it is. But if you meant system I'm gonna go with the 360 controller.
