i gotta hand it to ya, as an experienced botballer and nxt builder thats pretty cool. but unpractical. i couldnt climb stairs because it needs to much length, i got mine to go up and down stairs easily and i should have a vid soon
not at the moment...we think a slight programming change should fix it though. All we should have to do is before it tries to flip itself up (which on normal steps causes it to do a back flip), detect if a step is close to not do the full lift
i think its cool but i have the same question as danielebresciani

@imboredofstabbers Touch is likely to be used to detect the stair, but I'd use ultrasonic because of the "lip" that the top makes.
