I think someone here said it already. Let the cat graze during the day. They are better off eating a little bit 8-10 times a day, than bolting down a big meal because they are too hollow. Beautiful cat btw.
ALSO you can give your cat food at more times a day .. and about the same as A Mouse would weigh or about the same size. That works fine for my cats, speciall the female cat who tends to overeat because she does want to have it all
@Daffan2007 how old are your cats, r they did barfing? Royal canin is someting I haven't tried. Dry food caused problems with several of my , well yoi would call them Thai, they are traditional Siamese, appleheads, heart faced, they get called diff. by diff people, know what you mean. Would really like to know how the RC Siamese 38 is doing, and if it is dry, if it is not do they have a wet? thank yoiu
@pbsandcspanwatchit My cats are 4 and 5 years old. The Siamese 38 has "BIG pieces" (NL = grote brokjes) so they have to chew their food. I got a sample from R.C. to try it out because here it was only available in 4kg packages in the shop.
The Siamese38 is good for them and they barf less ... it seems they like to eat gras just like cows do ... being Dutch Cats I guess. RC says it can be a bad cat habbit eating grass if they get used to doing that.
Sometimes I do find hairs in their barf. But not all the time.
I give them Siamese38 and 1x a day some wet-cat-food or fish (sold for humans but I cook it and they very much like it = kabeljauw don't know the English name for it .. would that be cod???)
And I give them not that much at a time. Yes, only the size a mouse would be.
and that several times a day. Especially the female (bertha) tends to overeat and wants it ALLLLLLL

I also have two THAI CATS .. and their are eating the same as yours TOO FAST and after that vomiting (often).
I bought special Siamese FOOD ; brand ROYAL CANIN and it is called SIAMESE 38.
The pieces are Larger and so the will have to chew on it.

My siamese name is not Thai, he is called Diego. Thai is a quite new standard for Siamese cats who are not that slender as the nowdays-Siamese cats.
