The excerpt from 7:05 to 7:17 must have been taken at Panopticon '98 in Coventry.
Compare with the clip entitled "THE TAKE: 35 Years of Doctor Who BBC CHOICE 22.11.98 (Extracts 2)".

Such a shame that Delia was treated like that and ended up the way she did. Imagine if things turned out different and she was to eventually get her hands on some of today's equipment...
