It would serve ABC and GMA right if they get trounced in the ratings by CBS and the Early Show.

They used Adam to get crowds for their summer concerts because research showed that there was a lack of interest in NY for Kris, regardless of David C also being there, and then they listen to 1500 out of 14.2m viewers.

I'm not being funny but if Adam had given the performance he gave on the AMAs at the Brits, no one would have batted an eyelid. I mean, the show has been hosted by Russell Brand for the past couple of years so go figure! The viewers know what to expect.

Perhaps not on X Factor though, eh???!!!

I was just thinking the same thing. Here in the UK we are a lot more openminded than the Us. I mean shows like Graham Norton can be shown at ten oclock at night and filled with so much talk of sex and no one ever gets annoyed by it. With xfactor i dont know. how you seen some of those dancers dancing around Olly and Lloyd?

I know what you mean.

Some of the dancers look old enough to be Lloyd's mother. Olly grinds his pelvis about four inches from crouching dancers' faces practically every week and no one bats an eyelid.

I meant that despite Adam's performance looking like children's party entertainment compared to a few of the things that went down at Simon's 50th birthday party, I'm sure he would have a thing or two to say about it if he performed like that in front of him.

im in the US nd im one of the few fans who actually expected his entire performance. it wasnt that shocking. i found it funny ... and im 14 hhahaha i loved it and ilove him his albums amazing and hes totally right there is a double standard going on with the females. when madonna and brittany kissed nobody even cared and now that adam had a "sexual performance" people are "dissapointed and shocked" screw them

I'm glad you took Adam's performance for what it was and had fun with it. What was even better was Adam's reaction afterwards. He didn't say sorry i love him for that. Anyone else would have said sorry even if they didn't mean it but Adam stuck to his guns and just proved how real he really is. I have so much respect for him after that.
