the reason why some stupid ass might not see viloria as a filipino (or atleast filipino descent) is cos of prejudice. for example.. you are not filipino if you're not tagalog... or you're not filipino if you can't speak tagalog, that sort of thing. regionalism / tribalism play a rule in it too as in tagalog vs bisaya, tagalog vs ilokano, etc.
