Was in Block 517 a zillion miles up in the air, and although a little basey at times it was fine. Although 4 minutes was really bad, could hardly hear the vocals, but everything else was fine. Have to say was in Golden Circle at Cardiff so was not too upset :-)
Yeah id agree with you jnr76 4 minutes was quite bad, but i dont know what everyones complaining about, apart from the odd sound problem, it sounded great to me. we were in Block 516 next to you and i enjoyed the gig. we were at Cardiff too and the sound there was alot better, my ears were ringing for days after. Golden Circle i want to be there on the next Tour. thats for Sure
Hopefully she won't do Wembley Stadium though. Her shows are far more suited to Arenas rathr than stadiums. A weeks residency at the O2 would be perfect (and it would be much easier to get home from hee hee)
what was the sound like from the seats far away ? because i read the sound system maufunctioned at the start of the concert but i was in standing for the concert and i had great sound from their
I have ADORED Madonna for 10 years+ and was soooo excited about seing her in Wembley as I went to the confessions tour and it rocked. But this was the biggest disappointment of my life. We were sitting up in one of the high tiers and couldn't hear a damn thing. Plus she forgot the words, she didn't sing at all well, and we had problems getting home. She sucks I cant believe I am saying that - never thought I would ever say that about her.
She let her fans down that night and she knows it.
i was working in wembley on tht day and i must admit it sounded poor to the ppl who were seated especially who had tckts for block 510 to 526,felt very sorry for those ppl bcoz it was sucha waste of their money and time, few registered their complaints but i dont think it gonna b effective since it happened at the last gig of foo fighters too when they sold tickets for back stage seats, gross!!and they closed the wembley park station at 12 when thousands were waiting outside!!a complete disaster
this is exactly what it sounded like, muffled, sound blown around and at times you had to strain your ears to hear any vocals...poor poor sound for half the audience, i took my friends for the first time and they were appauled at how bad it was
Maybe the moral of the story is that if Wembley, Live Nation and Madonna can't put on a completely professional show at the venue, then theres something seriously wrong. Shes A class Superstar, not a minor band and the venue, cost of the ticket and everything else should reflect that. I bet shes pissed off to hell with the poor quality, which is what everybody is talking about. I have some really disappointed friends. Its not her fault. Either Wembley or Live Nation and it shouldn't happen again
No i didnt actually, these comments im a little unsure of, however maybe they were in a spot where the sound was not so good. We were quite far back as we decided after Cardiff we would go again, by then the show was almost sold out. But i must say the sound at Cardiff was alot better, i didnt mind i still loved Wembley.
afff hearing ppl singing makes me cringe everytime...
don`t u stand there-the guy goes

well we were about half way on the pitch and it was perfect so the moral is, dont buy tickets for the seats about a 1/4 mile from the stage LOL!

you seemed to be quite far from the stage, did you have any sound problems like others are saying about the show?
