The solution to this problem is you deal with it and move on, or you find a different game to play. the "makers" of this game gave us kill cams so we know where and how we were killed so it's easy to return to a camping spot to avenge yourself. people are going to play the game any way they want so adapt yourself and move on.

Typically, they hide in obscure locations so that no one looks for them, and they just pick people off who are not looking at them.
