I loved this game. it seems people really dont give a crap about their intents of creation behind silent hill. Thanks to most bitching about this gameplay they won't actually go all out on their creativity behind the actual psychological aspect that's been behind every game, and this one being most creative, immersive and deep game I played out of them all.

Its still a Remake, even if they added a couple new scenes or new gameplay its still a remake. And if it was a Reimagination, why dont he got a weapon? @OctoberBlues89 : Actually no. The whole "Hell, Rust, blood" thing was related to Alessa's nightmarish vision of life, if I can say it that way. But usually, each person has its own "alternate" form. Just look at Jame's alternate world in SH2, I don't see any rust or blood, it's mostly wet and destroyed... You understand it in SH2 that each has its own otherworld.

The whole "Rust, Hell, Blood" was overused (SH1-SH3-SH0-SH5) and it's great, in my opinion, that they used a new element (ice).

Well, Icy does have a point. They say when something supernatural happens, the temperature gets colder. And since silent hill is something like a ghost town, maybe the creators wanted to make it chilly because of the same reason. That's just my point of view however, it can be a different reason.

okay so i'm getting more okay with this game because in a way it's a TOTAL retelling of the original story. But if they put pyramid head in it then i'm done. The original story of SH is something that all the true fans of the series will cherish because it was great. Dahlia the first time you saw her was creepy as hell. Standing in the church and she turns around...UH! I'm accepting that it's a retelling and dealing with it. I just hope it's a damn good retelling.
