UGHHH seriously, noone tops Daniel Boys... And as many say, and I whole heartedly agree, although he was they best singer on the show by far, he has way to mature of a voice to play Joseph. He seriously is just starting an amazing career and will continue to amaze us performance after performance. @MegaMozartfan First of all, there's no such thing as having a "squeaky" voice. It's having either a bright or dark tone and Daniel's is in the middle of middle and dark. Second, yes he was kind of off pitch when he first started singing but HELLO! You just got told that you're not gonna get what you've been working for for a LONG time and you expect him to sing perfect? Wow this amazing I watched this show every week. I wanted Craig, Daniel and Rob to win but I am happy Lee Meed won. Daniel has an amazing voice like Craig, Rob and Lee have. When Daniel , Craig and Rob sung this for one last time I cried and i got goosebumps I still get goosebumps from this song and it still makes me cry. (Wipes away a few tears) I can't sing this song because I think it's to high or to low for me to sing and it's not in my range shame really because I love Close Every Door.

I'm just not watching the ADWD series on BBC America...I think Lee has very good for the part of Joseph, but for goodness sakes, Daniel has some of the most rich timbre, tone, command and control of his voice than I've heard in a long time...this inclues both non-professionals and professionals alike. It's so sad. Even ALW knew he shouldn't go out. Everyone did, you can see it on their faces. The panel, ALW, Graham Norton, even the other Josephs, you can tell they all thought it was wrong. I agree he wasn't Joseph, but he shouldn't have gone out so soon. Even though Craig and Lewis were good, Daniel had the stronger vocals and acting talent that both men needed to develop more.

I think as mentioned by CASPER10666, he was distraught with the fact he'd been kicked out, this affected the start of his performance, but the ending is absolutely superb! A slight alteration that none of the other 'professional' Josephs had the initiative to make!
