  • Hey Mack, how do you think the USA Boa and large constrictor ban will affect your business? do you think this law will make its way in to Canada?

  • @HOORVT

I'm sure it will be felt worldwide. Kinda stupid

  • @mack1time its already worse than that here - its amazing people can be so ignorant towards animals

  • @mack1time hehe^^

  • I guess the ambient for the room at 84 is perfect, I kept the ranco set at 90 for the heattapes. I really think the 80 night is preferable by them vs the 75 most people advocate, whats your normal night drop?

  • @ApexSerpents

6 degrees when breeding 4 degrees when not

Room heated to 85 summer and 75 when breeding

  • I may have answered my own question bro, the past three days I changed my ambient temps for the room. I changed the daytime high from 81-82 to 84. I also changed my night time drop from 75-77 to a solid 80, it seems to have worked as I temped her earlier around noon at 75 and just now at 6:23pm she temped 81 aftI responded to u and when to go check! She was even in her light phase,

  • time for a cribs update

  • I'm actually surprised shes so small for an 08? I love the smaller more compact snakeroom, must be easier to get the temps good! Nice!

  • @ApexSerpents

Yes I think allot of my boas are raised slow in comparison to some of the others I see. Even Jeremy's 2010 are bigger. Seen a few videos lately that make me think maybe I should speed up feedings. Not a big deal tho as I know she will be fully mature by the time shes proper size/weight

  • @mack1time Funny u say that, the same thing crossed my mind lol, my 08s are not as small as your ghost but not as big as Rodriguez's 2009s beleive it or not. I pulled my male from this season to add more size to him as he was the same size (2010) as my 2011 VPI as of last week. I decided putting more size on him was more important than a litter this season. I raise mine slow as well. I'm having a problem keeping good temps in the bottom cage of my stack compared to the top, any advise?

  • @ApexSerpents

    Where is your probe placed?

  • @mack1time I have it placed at the very bottom cage with the thermostat set at 90, so the hot side is 90 but except when it just finished a meal it stays on the cool side. I've temped the female in that bottom cage at 75 and notice she feels cooler to the tocuh that the females above,

  • @mack1time ...the very top cage hits 95 on the hot spot, there just seems to be cooler air down there even though the stack is on a pedestal, the female down there spends most of her time in her dark phase due to cooler ambient temps, its weird cuz in my rack systems this doesn't exist.

  • Nice Looking Boa,You Got My Sub,Take Care

  • right on man... i havent been on in a while its good to see some old faces

  • So she would produce Hypo het anery??

  • she looks awesome man gonnae have some amazing babies. especially if you got your hands on a het snow/moonglow

  • @cmanclan101 Albino x Anery produces 100% het snow. snow look nothing like ghosts. the start off white as babies and gradually turn yellow

  • so hypo x anery = ghost

what does albino x anery come out as?

i guess my real question is how different do ghost boas look from snow boas.

  • wow, she's a big girl how big is she?
