Have you completed the puzzle with the 4 red glowing circles? All of them have to be turned to green to have the chest appear.

hey the towers at the back where they have the sun, lightning, moon, and stuff what do those need to be set at thats the only thing i never figured out.

The 5 shaman masks you need all shaman masks to open it. You get the first one from Cradle of North.
