@LettersFromAStranger - In 1 Tim 2:11-15, Eve is mentioned by name in v.13. In v.14, we read "the woman...was deceived," meaning, by the snake. Eve is not herself a deceiver, nor the source of all sin. If anything, she can almost be viewed as having an excuse--she was conned by the snake, in contrast to Adam's clear-eyed disobedience. Also, Paul is not discussing the behavior of women in general, just in learning situations (v.11). And in v.15, note the big "if" after "childbearing."
1 Tim 11-15 Women should keep their mouths shut, because Adam was made first and, apparently, wasn't deceived, unlike "the woman" (apparently Eve doesn't even deserve to get a mention by name) who deceived and became the sinner. There's no mention of the snake in the verse, so here it's treating the woman as the source of all sin, the reason for the fall of man. And how are women saved? Through childbearing...so ladies, keep your mouths shut and your legs spread...Amen.
@LettersFromAStranger And I just want to apologize in advance for my sarcastic tone, but to say the bible is not a woman hating book is to show that you've never actually read it, or that if you have, you haven't paid much attention to what you've been reading...I recommend the article "How the Bible views women" found on the Godlesshaven website.
Not like the official church, but like the pure Church without any name but whose of Jesus Christ on her. That Church, you can be sure, doesn't resemble to any institution. That Church is made up of every man and woman forgiven through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross whose blood purified the sinners, and whose Holy Spirit is preparing to meet Him again and forever: "And the Spirit and the bride say, Come...He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus"

Listening to you makes me want to throw myself off of a bridge. Thanks for perpetuating hate and misogyny.
