Also I'm a really really fast learner, especially when it comes to Aikido. Oh and how have you been these last few weeks Gab?
Yeah that's actually why we made the video - to see if you can do a backward roll that's really just the reverse of a forward roll and vice versa. I reckon the boys did a pretty good job.
It's interesting to see how similar reversed mae ukemi are to regular ushiro ukemi and vice versa.
