I''m in the Food Basics area too --- that day was wild. Took 30 minutes to drive down my little sub-division road. I bought a snow blower this year (maybe it won't snow cuz I'm prepared this year...lol). We're having a doozie this year though. It's Novemeber 17 and NO SNOW!

All city transit and school busses were cancelles at like 12pm. and it only started snowing at 9am... we got a total of 75cm. of snow that day

IDK, last winter I had to push a car downhill cause it was snowing so hard, and this was on the big hill on Essa Road. Our winters aren't that mild, in fact -30 to -50 isn't that rare. And what we do lose in temperature, we make up for it in snow, lots and lots and lots and lots of snow.

yeah, that one in february or early march this year was really bad. I was out blowing snow for hours, dug out probably a 1/2 dozen cars
