@786Balucci You do not need to send in a copy of your fiance's birth certificate. The U.S. Embassy in the country your fiance lives in will request and require your fiance's birth certificate. This is also when your fiance will need a police report and whatever other documents the U.S. Embassy requests. Your stage of the journey is the I-129F forms and paperwork and once that is completed, approved, and forwarded to your fiance then their journey begins dealing with the U.S. Embassy.
Thanks all for the great comments! To be honest I didn't think this video would be of much help or be viewed this much. Update on our case: My fiancée, now wife, has been living in the US for 6 months now. Not only that but her family was approved for 5 year travel visas and attended our marriage. God is awesome and we have been blessed.
It took us about 4 months to be approved for our I-129F petition. She received her visa in the mail 1 week later.
thank you for this. my finace and i just started the process. it's not easy to be apart. i wish you and your wife a lot of happiness

Did your application gotr approved and the K-1 VISA for your fiancee? If yes, how long did the whole process take (in months)?

Well, were you ever approved? At least by USCIS? I know they say it's about a 5 month process or so...
