if you want to a smoke natural cannabis flower which never killed anyone, is less addictive than cigs, alcohol or even coffee and has never proven to cause cancer anywhere in the body, well you go to jail and we throw away the key. sounds logical and fair to me (sarcasm). smoke less cigs, and more cannabis, its healthier. legalize nature again IL !
i dont smoke cigs but these smoking laws are totally unconstitutional. if you want to go to a smoking bar then im for it because that is your right as an american. just put a sign on the door that warns me that it is a smoke atmosphere and i can then decide if i want to enter and be exposed to that. i tell ya laws like these are just not right.

If cigaretts are as bad as they say they are. I should be dead now after smoking for 35 years. Also been around 2nd hand smoke for the 1st 16 years of my life! I'm 51 & in perfect health!

We need To vote this NAZI goverment out. bars and casinos should be exempt from this ban we the people of illinois did not get to vote for our aginst this bill like in missouri were it failed by voters illionois sucks.
I was in Minnasota last month, and went to Mall Of America. There was a no smoking sign in the parking garage. You can drive your car in the garage and spread exhaust fumes, but you can't smoke. Same gos for the 15 foot rule. You can't smoke near a door or open window, but run your car next to it, and let in exhaust fumes.
Crooked Illinois government! Lets tax the people till there poor, then start taking away their freedoms. Pretty soon they will tell us that smoking is the cause of global warming and we cant smoke outside!
why don't we all band up, and demand(since we can't do it in publc) since it is outlawed, the taxes on it should be outlawed too. see how fast they change the law.
