Cheers, I actually like the tone of it too :) Raises strings that tight an extra tone/semi tone really does make a huge difference (as in now that I've had it tuned).
It's just arps of the chords involved and there's only 2 chord patterns in the whole song really. The main theme = C Minor, A# Major and F Minor (I think), C Minor = C, Eb and G, and so you play them in that order, then the octave, than the octave and back down, likewise for all. It's weird how 99% of arps are only actually 3 notes and octaves.
Same in a strange way (and thanks!), it's just kind of different to the typically perfectly tuned super chimey grand piano tone. Irony being I had it tuned for the second time ever yesterday.
@philosoful yeah totally! sounds like atmospheric and creepy in a way. haha shoudve left it out of tune! dont listen to the keen piano players who dont agree :)
I know as the description implys =p but thanks. Has been tuned since and it's a different piano - the raising of the keys about a tone = such a big tone change =]
Need a drummer first! But yeah man, I'd do so if we got gigging =] that'd rullllleeeeeee, got a whammy pedal and unit that can do echo for the solo too =] Killer solo.
it wasnt bad, but i dont like you. chill the fuck out and learn to take criticism better. damn man. if you dont want crap get your piano tuned for christ sakes...
*Shrugs* I can take critism but when someone states to me that the piano's out of tune when I've clearly acknowledged that but I'm trying to do my best, what else am I suppose to presume other than they were to lazy to read the description?
Exagerating things abit here but if you saw a kid playing an instrument amazingly but he couldn't afford to get anything better, who are you to critisize that? I'm making do with what I've got thanks.
Well it depends by what standard you go and I guess I've thus heard some pretty-damn-out-of-tune pianos =P However, had it tuned since =] and thank you very much.
Well thanks but on the same half, I've confessed it in the video description, I'm trying to make do with my piano as it is because I'm saving money for other priorities so why say that? people can hear it, see it in my description...
actually i play all of those...but its ok i guess telling an spaztastic kid to chill out a bit makes me and the other guy an idiot..? yeah...good one. again, your great at piano im just saying calm down, we're just stating simple things.
I think it is the wrong key, i have the sheet music in front of me and the top not of the 1st arpeggio should be a high B flat, not a G natural as you played. Wrong key and bad piano- but i have to say you played it very well given the circumstances, 5/5.
The sheet music? Well, I have ears... I also have the sheet music, a B? :S that sounds terrible, I just tried it, CEG = Chord of C which the first note is... thank you for your rating though.
Yeah so simple yet so beautiful....

You cant afford to tune your piano?
Flamingpiano 3 years ago
I can but I've got more important priorities, it isn't even THAT out of tune.
philosoful 3 years ago
Uh... yeah, it is. But it's okay- you play well enough that no one should really care if it's in tune!
