  • You're all ignorant. This is NOT a leg workout. The man is training his spinal discs and cartilage by placing as much weight on them as he possibly can.

    Laugh all you want but in 5 years from now you'll all be squatting with your "proper form" but this guy won't have to worry about that because he'll have these bulging, huge spinal discs to carry the weight for him. Watch out Jay & Branch!

  • Hilarious. Squatting 300lbs isn't impressive by the way, I'm a bodybuilder not a powerlifter but I was doing 315lbs/4 reps ATG(full range of motion) and not looking like a "lobster" lol

    He is fairly strong. Stronger than me. BUT most of his lifts include SHIT and injury inducing form. What is a miracle is how he hasn't slipped all the disks in his spine yet. I would have respect for him if he ditched the ego and used good form. Bad form will let you lift more weight, but doesn't make you strong.

  • This video is an instant classic. After bouncing the bar of the safety bars, he 'bobbles' up in a significant uneven rise while his knees buckle all around, his heels get off the floor and his back is bent like that of a lobster. I hope he has his wheelchair picked out.
