i agree with most choices here except i would flip around Spider-Man 2 and The Dark Knight ... Spider-Man 2 was the greatest until TDK came out ... The Dark Knight is #1 for me because it was just out of this world and Spider-Man 2 was still beyond fantastic so it still rests at a healthy # 2 for me .. this is my list: 1 - The Dark Knight 2 - Spider-Man 2 3 - X-Men: First Class 4 - Batman Begins 5 - Iron Man 6 - Thor 7 - The Incredible Hulk 8 - Spider-Man 9 - Capt. I have to agree with almost everything on there. One maybe honorable mention should be Blade, the first comic book movie that really didn't suck from Marvel, really turned their movies around. And Wesley Snipes was a bad ass in it. Now we just need DC to catch up! Stop teasing a Justice League movie and pull the trigger DC!

Just to get it out of the way: boobs... But I also would've liked to have seen 300 and Scott Pilgrim on there as well as the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film featuring Jim Henson Creature Shop creations. However, I was surprised not to have seen Tim Burton's Batman on your list. If Richard Donner's Superman set the standard, then I think Burton raised the bar until Sam Raimi and Christopher Nolan. I have an app counting the days/hours/ minutes until Joss Whedon unleashes The Avengers.
