@Graveclimber It seems like it is impossible but it is not. Just use the highest healing food you can. Also bring a buddy with you.

I think Amber was in her 40s. I am not certain though. I know I did it when I got 40 attack, 40 str, and 40 def, but that was a long time ago.

Silk can be bougth from the silk trader in Al Kharid. He was one of the earliest additions to the game, as he was added along with the rest of Al Kharid in one the very first updates just weeks after the release of runescape. The silk sells for a little more than you buy it for (outside Al Kharid), and it is supposed to be a slow but easy way for new players to earn some money.
