Yes I completely relate to that. Must be frustrating that ur husband and mother think ur imaging it :( I stopped drugs and alcohol around 6 months ago..too scared to do anything coz of the DP/DR. I'm also suffering with depression which I'm on meds for, been on them about 2 months but still ain't feeling any effect from them :( seen a psychiatrist he said I have depression and anxiety...got a follow up appointment in December. Have you seen a psych? xxx

@StaceyJo19 yes its very frustrating when my husband says its all in my head and if i keep telling myself that i DONT have it, it will Somehow magically go away..YEA RIGHT! heh ive been through ALOT of different psychs/psychologists, i used to see one on a weekly bases and a psychiatrist on a monthly bases but i stopped going to them ever since i started this channel, and secondly because i was restricted....meaning they restricted my medicaid and i cannot see psyches, my restrictions for 2 yrs!

@StaceyJo19 aw thank u so much! im not smoking cigarettes anymore, i quit them 4 years ago....as for marijuana, no i dont smoke it anymore at all because it makes me realllly paranoid and self-conscoiuse and just overall crazy so i stopped. My DP is like, there are times when its INTENSE, and times when i forget about it and think or do somthing else. I feel strange in the mornings especially tho because i dont take xanax in the morning anymore (hubbys choice) not mine ;( i feel.....

@StaceyJo19 i feel completely out of it in the mornings, i just dunno what to do when the DP grabs ahold of me. i cant control it, and other people i try to talk to (such as my husband and or my mom) just think im making it up, or its in my head.....etc etc....it really isnt and i wish i wish theyd understand this. My DP sometimes even makes me think of cutting myself, just to make sure im actually alive and not "stuck in a dream" or already dead and dont know it.....do u know that feeling?????

@bballjulien i believe theres no cure., i did NOT cure it, like i said in my past videos on it, it comes and goes....some meds will Help treat it, but not cure it. i dunno the medications...you can ask your doctor tho. =)
