It's called lag, in sa-mp you have to shoot them where they might be from half a second from now, so shoot where they are about to go, but don't shoot far ahead of them.

Can any one help me my mods have installed sucessfully and work on Standard GTA SA but when i got to play on SAMP mhy MODS don't work but some mods only work on SAMP and not normal GTA SA.

To my knowledge there was a period of time that 0.2.5 would never release and developers stopped working on it.

But if it was infact really being continued to be worked on again, that would be a good sign. I would really like to see SA-MP with some GTA4 online sync. SA-MP has something that GTA4 online is missing, roleplay.

its not the pc, its the OS, like i said before it has 2,5 GB or RAM and it has 1.9GHz AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core, and the HDD of 160, i mean its not the best but it should be alright running vista, some guy told me that 512 Mb wasnt enought to run vista, but i have 2.5 GB and its not slow, but you gotta admit that XP is way better and faster
