Los Angeles Rehab Treatment Center for Women is Safe Harbor

I am disgusted by my experience at Safe Harbor. Velvet Mangan(S.H. owner) only pretends to care for the girls. In all actuality, she only comes around the facility about once a week. She makes her money by getting people to pay upfront for 90 days, then she kicks them out at the drop of a hat, without refunding the remainder of their money. Once she gets you in, she gets you out so she can get another poor vulnerable girl in to write her another check

Wow...what a fantastic safe haven for recovery. I am just blown away that such healing sanctuary is available. Safe Harbor is such a blessing.
