SO where is everyone meeting for this at the LaQuinta ? or where I haven't gotten any updates that say where everyone is meeting. I am not getting a hotel because i live in Portland only 45 minutes to an hour away from Nashville also who all is going to be there?
@daddytech We will be meeting in the lobby before most outings or in the party room for general hanging out purposes. The southtubers website has a list of all the people attending and of our agenda of planned activities. If you have any more questions please let me know:-)

@daddytech We dont really have an agenda for meetings, its more like a bunch of random folks hanging out. The main get together will be the party on Saturday night and the rest will just happen when they happen.
I just recently got a re-confirmation email, so I'm good, but I battled my way through the numbers to the official "group" people twice during the reservation process, who are obviously nowhere near the hotel itself. I think I'll call the main number just to say howdy. And make sure the fridge I ordered is really ordered.
Gods! It's only two weeks? I think I'd better get my suitcase out...
@freitasex Sorry bout that, I only held the one king room for Stacey because it was ADA compliant. I figured most everyone else would be sharing a room to save money. Hope it isnt too much of an inconvenience!
I learned long ago to always try to get to the front desk of the hotel you want. I am not a huge fan of the call centers. I am planning to call and just check on my room. *hugs*

I have my room booked for sure, checked it 2 hours ago.
My only gripe is that I wanted a King Room, and that is not an option for anybody, at least that is what I was told.
I was told only 1 King Room was reserved for the SouthTube Group.
