does this also burn a little fat off to? im 19 and im 220pounds not very strong but im a little fat not to fat. but im trying to change my life and get into shape and hopefully join the marine core.
Bad form, as for nutritional advice...no fruit or fresh veg recommended? Without proper nutrition you are far more likely to get injured or ill...another often overlooked factor is sleep. When training you need a lot more sleep than usual, recovery is as important as working hard in the gym.

You don't Death lift like that, don't follow at all. Your lower back will hurt, I think she don't know how to death lift
