  • I urge everyone to not just watch this video. Just MAKE it. Make garlic bread, really. It's worth putting in all the effort and not skipping anything.   • i have done cold smoked salmon fettucine with cream and about 2cl of vodka in one serving, no tomatoes, tastes good too. also, would reccommend adding oregano, black pepper, herbs and spices after frying, as sometimes there is a risk of burning them. its ok thou if you keep your eye on it all times :)

  • Hi Michael. I dont understand it. What is the purpouse of vodka in this sauce? Vodka is basicly just ethanol and watter. Temperature of vaporating ethanol is 73 degree celsius (163 degree fahrenheit). After 5 minutes of boiling it stay in the sauce just and only watter. Nothing more. By the way. This meal looks awesome anyway :)
