The Vietnam war era (60's and 70's) still is the best era for music , but the 90's would be close 2nd, becuase it was a triumphant return to the grass roots of rock and roll (A couple guitars, nice drum beat and thought provoking lyrics). 80's music was too cheesy and over the top. The 2000's were the worst because of the music companys only promoted teeny bopper shit and it had too much hip-hop and rap shit..

this song gives me goosbumps nomatter how many times i listen to this.Reminds me of my mom.diagnosed with breast cancer 2005 had brain tumor in 06 another in 07 & anoother in 08 then 09 she had spinal cancer and in june she had lung cancer.this song is just AMAZING i love it.she was once my care taker now it was my turn to be her care taker.im happy his mom was a survivor unfortunately after 4 years and many cancers my mom was laud to rest.
