Update: My graphics card sucks. For this game to run flawlessly you need a Radon 6300 min. Toshiba sucks for putting a shit graphics card in a $700.00 Laptop.

@Cpillin425 Depend on what resolution u will play. For 1080p@ Ultra Yes, for sure, but 1080p@High without AA you should be ok, not fine. Remember, in the Beta only High/Med/Low are the only choices you have. Ultra is not available in the beta

Plays BC2 @ 60+fps, BF3 is barely over 30, haven't used fraps to check just seems that way atm, poorly optimized and just a camp fest, thanks EA for destroying my hopes in the beta, gotta wait for a friend to show me retail for me to be interested anymore

@Sindorai motherbord . orb got it ultra whit frap on i7 and he was only hat 36fps and its not event half of graphic that is in real retail game so if you want to max it almost full youl need crossfire and overclock ur cpu on water cooling

But i play @ 1080p so I might be lowering the details on battlefield3

your rig is great especially the cpu but you should've gotten the 2500k

so you can overclock it but its ok though since the 2500 is a beast

@BisayaBoii u know, the beta "maxed out" is only medium settings. its always been like this for battlefield games. ur probably gona be hitting 15 fps when the game releases on FULL max

@vincentx1o6 No it's not. You have no idea what you're talking about. The game has already been developed. The only way they can improve the graphics more is by releasing high-res textures (which is unnecessary), release the game in DX11 (already is), or create a whole new engine (which is already too late and takes a long time to develop.)

Honestly I don't see what the big deal is. Why would you want BF3 to be hard to run? You should thank EA for creating a highly optimized game.

@BisayaBoii i cant wait the game to come out and your mid ranged graphics card cant even pump out smooth playing frame rates on ultra. oh and u said u can play the game on high-ultra w/ 30-60 fps? there is no way to make the game ultra. your playing an old beta version on the "highest" settings it offers. when bad company 2 came out, the beta ran smooth at 40ish fps on max on my old core2duo, but when the game launched it struggled right under 30fps. YOU have no idea what your talking about.
