  • The Ruger 1911 is definitely on my short list. Looks very sweet.

  • @roentgen571 Same here.

  • Woooooo!

  • @GrizzlyClawSurvival That's what I said :)

  • Awesome guns :D

  • @gpgpgp13322 Indeed. Definitely a good day.

  • :-)

  • @1IdeaAhead Thanks for watching.

  • Great collection of guns, Jimbo! Thanks for sharing.

  • @LiveLoveTry Thanks for stopping by and for watching, Hills. Hope you enjoyed it.

  • That H&R looks rad. I dig the 410.

  • @Grubkat For the price i think it's outstanding. Less than 200 bucks new.

  • Good stuff man.

  • @Jacktheripper2829 Thanks JTR!

  • The Talo SR1911 seems nice. I wanna see a close up? I just shot An SR1911 today for the first time and man I was impressed. I shot the stainless one

  • @prchico520 It's a really well built gun but the TALO edition is just really diff grips and a diff finish. The guts are the same as the regular model. Needless to say, I have to have one.

  • @prchico520 If I can get my friend to bring it again I'll get a close up. You can find pics of em if you google it, however.

  • You lucky bastard! I have yet to even see an SR-1911 in real life. I'm starting to think they are just an urban legend. lol

  • @friskyrabbit I know, right? :) I like the stainless one better, personally. But it was cool to get to shoot one finally.

  • @friskyrabbit I haven't seen one yet either. And I finally saw the Remington in my gun store yesterday.

  • Unfortunately the sr1911 isn't ca approved, o well I guess I'll just buy a colt series 70 and customize the shit out of it. That way I can brag about how much it cost :).

And why on earth would you have a 1911 in 9mm?

  • @e1ghtys1x The Springfield EMP is available in 9mm or in 40cal. It's actually a pretty popular and well-built gun. Shoots like a dream. I don't think I'd want a 45ACP gun in that size. Too lightweight.

  • I know you personally own a lot of firearms from Ruger. I was curious, do you prefer the Ruger built firearms to others or is it that they're American made? Love your channel bro, great vids!!

  • @Wreaver1776 Honestly? It's a lot of things. I have absolutely nothing against any other quality firearm company. Ruger seems to keep making (and doing it well) the types of firearms that I want and right here in the states and for cheaper than just about anyone else. I wanted to get a 1911 and (at the time) Ruger did not make one so I was looking at other companies. Then a few weeks later they announce the SR1911 -- so naturally, I wanted one!! :) Thanks for the kind words.

  • Sweet

  • @Stormtrooper6272 Thanks.

  • Hey MFJ, big fan of the channel! What do you do for your concealed carry set up? Gun, Holster, Ammo, what have you... Keep up the good work!

  • @JetAV8 Thanks for the kind words. Depends on the day and season and what I'm wearing. On this particular day I was carrying my Ruger SR9c in a Don Hume outside the waistband holster. My preferred carry rounds are Federal Hydra-Shok JHP in 135gr.
