For the people that asked how long did it take: It was shot over 2 months period, but both of us were working full time at daytime so the real used time for the animation is very hard to determine. Still I would say that the amount of work is significant but it is probably less than you think of. Check Toy2one as reference - which was shot in less than a week with the same team. (mostly at nights)
