I have a crazy idea. Go take some riding lessons and actually lean and exercise at the same time. You can sit on this thing all day long, but until you really know how to use your core in an actual saddle, you will never benefit from this... thing. The long line without reins is the best core work you can get as far as riding work goes.

This is absolutely ridiculous. The best type of exercise for core strengthening doesn't require motorized gadgets, inflatable balls, wobbly surfaces, or any other cheap crap involving springs, elastic bands, metal tubing, or the like.

All you need is a few square feet of floor space, and the willingness to work hard.

For home training all you really need is an adjustable barbell. Nothing else is as effective or versatile. The ultimate core exercise is the barbell deadlift, not this crap.
